Which services we are providing ?
Camera replacement- Issue with the faulty camera lens and other camera related problems are dealt under this category.
LCD/Touch replacement- Unresponsive screen and other issues with the touch get treated under this service category.
Charging dock replacement/repair – Select this category for faulty charging docks and related issues.
Volume/Power Key repairmen- Choose this service category if the volume and/or power key isn’t functioning.
Battery replacement- Issues with faulty batteries, connection problems and other minor obstacles are dealt under this category.
Speaker/Mic replacement – Choose this service division if you have faulty speakers and/or mic.
Diagnostics- For all other issue, select this option.
Software repair – Select this service if you are facing issues with the software such as problems due to a virus in the phone.
What if no services are availed from Care N Pair? How much am I supposed to pay in that case?
In such a case you will be charged Rs.149/- as a part of diagnosis of your device.
What payment methods do we accept?
As we want our customer convenience so, we are providing CASH ON DELIVERY(COD) as well as you will be having option of ONLINE PAYMENT.
How long it will take for my phone to be repaired?
Time taken to repair your device will be depending upon your device problem and related estimated timings will be informed by us but general problem-solving timings are maximum 48 Hours.
Do you provide any warranty for the service?
YES , we are providing 30 days repair warranty from the day after we deliver the device. Even you can extend your warranty more by 60 days by paying just Rs.199/- extra.

Are the parts that need to replaced original?
Yes, all parts being used for repair are trusted and original
I am not sure what is wrong with my phone. What can I do?
Don’t worry, after booking of your repair we will pick up your device and then we will do diagnosis of your device that will allow us to define problem of your Smartphone.
Should I get my phone repaired or just buy a new phone?
Yes, you can repair with us , now depending upon costing of repair you can decide whether you should choose between repairing/buying new phone.
Can I trust Care N Pair for my phone data?
Yes, you can trust us . we always believe in our customer privacy so, if there any data on your phone then it will not be used/given to anyone.
Do you also repair mobile phones under warranty?

How to claim the warranty?
To claim the warranty customer need to contact the customer support of Care N Pair via call/mail. Then, we will note your concern & will try to solve it as soon as possible.
